Our vision is to create a future where Afghan girls have equal access to education and opportunities in diverse fields. We envision a society where they are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in the global landscape, breaking barriers and contributing positively to their communities. By offering specialized classes and boot camps, we aim to nurture talent and inspire the next generation of leaders who will drive change in Afghanistan and beyond.

POH Mission
Path of Hope organization to empower Afghan youth, particularly girls, by providing high-quality educational programs across various disciplines. Our mission is to foster skills in mathematics, computer science, and multiple languages such as English, Spanish, German,French and public speaking skills and reading club. We strive to create a supportive environment where students can learn from successful individuals through a series of seminars, enhancing their knowledge and motivation for personal and professional growth. The goal of POH is to provide educational opportunities to young Afghans via commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and moral leadership.

Zohal Noori
FounderZohal Noori, An Advocate for Afghan Girls' Education. Zohal Noori is an international relations student at Lewis University, currently residing in Kabul, Afghanistan. She is proud to have been awarded ten scholarships to study at some of the top universities in the United States. In addition to her studies, Zohal actively collaborates with over 13 organizations, including the United Nations, SITC, Rotaract Club, GOC, and others. She is also the founder of the Path of Hope organization, which she established approximately two years ago to support education and empowerment initiatives for Afghan girls. Zohal has a passion for reading and spends much of her free time immersed in books, exploring different lives and perspectives.

Ematullah Bayat
Co FounderNematullah Bayat is the co-founder of the Path of Hope organization. he is pursuing a Master of Science in Water and Environmental Engineering at Hamburg University of Technology in Germany. Fluent in English, German, Turkish, Persian (Farsi), and Pashto, he is well-prepared to communicate effectively in diverse international settings. His background and commitment to education align with initiatives aimed at supporting Afghan girls in accessing online education and empowering them to build a brighter future.

Aman Shah Kabiri
AdvisorAman Shah Kabiri is a women’s rights activist, education advocate, and social entrepreneur committed to empowering Afghan girls through education and digital learning. He is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science at the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) and studying Public Policy and Administration at Kabul University. His academic background enables him to integrate technology, policy, and advocacy to drive meaningful social change.

Nelofar Noori
Project ManagerNelofar Noori is a pre healthcare student based in the United States. At POH, she is actively involved in developing the organization’s strategic direction, helping to choose training topics and oversee overall planning. She is strongly dedicated to humanitarian work and peace building efforts. In addition to her studies, she works as a student tutor at American River Community College (ARC), where She assists students, especially immigrants with their enrollment process and other academic support. Her goal is to help bridge the gap for immigrant students, providing guidance and resources to ensure they succeed in their academic journeys. She is passionate about supporting those who may face additional challenges due to language barriers, cultural differences, or unfamiliarity with the educational system.

Zainab Noori
Head of ComunicationZainab Noori is an Afghan international relations student who lives in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her role at the POH is to maintain the communication with the trainers, teachers and to contribute to the organization of the trainings and classes. She finds solace in the pages of books, immersing herself in knowledge, engaging in humanitarian endeavours and a love for the natural world.

Sara Noori
Web developerSara Noori is a computer science student who lives in Kabul, Afghanistan. She is the web developer at the Path Of Hope organization where she focuses on the development, maintenance and updates of the organization's website. She has a passion for technology and digital learning, and she is committed to using technology as a tool to support and empower Afghan women and girls in accessing education.
